Installation
------------

          1. Uninstall previous version of Express WebPictures, if it's
             already installed.
          2. Download the Express WebPictures installation package,
             the WEBPICS.EXE single file.
          3. EXIT ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS.
          4. Run WEBPICS.EXE and follow the instructions.
          5. Now it is safe to delete the installation package. You may want
             to preserve the installation package in case you need to
             re-install Express WebPictures later.



Uninstallation
--------------
          1. Doubleclick the Add/Remove Programs icon in the
             Windows Control Panel.
          2. Select Express WebPictures in the list of
             installed programs and click the Add/Remove button.
             Follow the instructions.
